Mobile Billing

The mobile gateway enables mass market messaging supporting both premium and standard rate.
Premium SMS is typically used for consumer services where the end user pays for a product or service. It allows a business to charge more than the standard SMS cost to a consumer on a specific number and then retain a portion of the extra charge as revenue. The transaction is billed directly to their mobile handset appearing on their mobile bill or deducted from their prepaid credit. Premium SMS enables mobile micro payments to be processed with ease.

Message Originating (MO) SMS is an inbound SMS allowing your business to receive and store messages from your clients, customers or subscribers. It allows for easy interaction between your customers and your business. The message can be charged at a standard carrier SMS rate or billed at a premium rate to send to your service. Messages sent are received in real-time and are commonly used for interactive TV voting, competitions, on pack promotions, customer feedback or receiving information from your staff. MO SMS can be used as an effective tool to engage your customers and increase customer loyalty.

Premium Message Terminating (MT) or reverse billing allows an end user to be charged for the SMS message that they receive to their mobile handset. Real-time delivery receipts indicate when your message has reached your customer and has successfully billed. Common applications for MT billing are mobile content, subscription services, alert and information services, horoscopes and chat.
Mobile premium billing enables fast revenue generation while facilitating a convenient payment system for consumers.
